The design inspiration for the Vinewood Residence stemmed from the foundation plan of a previous construction project featured in the video game Grand Theft Auto 5. This contemporary dwelling evolved as more of an interior design venture, involving the improvisation of floorplans and the establishment of a cohesive theme for each room. Concrete, a predetermined material, was chosen to achieve the desired grey tone. Conversely, to complement the brown hues, a Pinewood material was carefully selected. Subjected to a special treatment enabling its use both indoors and outdoors, the Pinewood contributed to a harmonious blend with the dark grey concrete, resulting in a perfect combination of sleek, dark wood and concrete elements.
