Along the coast, Seliner Haus was designed to seamlessly blend areas connecting to the outdoor space and the ocean. Adopting a biophilic approach, the extensive use of vegetation outside brings nature indoors across all areas, fostering vital connections with the natural environment. The terraces, balconies, and gardens in the exterior spaces were approached to accentuate natural beauty, providing a sense of permanence and serving as a complementary extension of the interior, maintaining continuity in both materials and design.
