This villa demonstrates that simplicity in architecture, without unnecessary decorations, can still yield stunning results. Taking advantage of its north-facing orientation and the open landscape at the back, the client's desire to fully enjoy these features led to the incorporation of a completely glazed rear façade. Privacy remains a top priority, reflected in the fully closed front façade facing the road. The house is comprised of three distinct volumes: two stacked blocks for the main residence and a third volume serving as a guest house, which also functions as a pool house.
