The clients desired a single-level home on the property, with a design that would age gracefully alongside them. Prioritizing longevity and comfort, accessibility became a key focus in the architectural design and circulation planning. The primary challenge in this project was to implement strategies that minimize the environmental impact of a single-family home while crafting stunning spaces that emphasize the site's natural beauty. The layout is complemented by a landscaped plaza and a central courtyard, which marks the entrance to the home.
