Crafted as a weekend retreat intertwined with its surroundings, this structure took the place of a rundown workshop on the premises. The idea sprouted as a response to the challenge of maintaining the footprint of the original structure while incorporating a grand basement and rooftop helipad. Its external cladding showcases a lightweight timber structure, accompanied by a glass wall that opens up towards the adjacent waterway.
